Sirsasana is an asana performed with one standing upside down. Sirasu means head.

Recipe

1. Sit with your knees bent on the mat.

2. Place your hands on the mat like a triangle.

3. Place the scalp on the mat and hold it around the head with the hands.

4. Raise the knees by pressing the head, knees and toes on the mat. At the same time move the legs forward so that the spine is straight.

5. This is the meaning of the head position. Get used to this for beginners 1 month. A minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 is enough for beginners to get used to in 1 month.

6. Lift both legs slowly from this position to the side of the wall and place the heels on the wall, straighten the body, close the eyes and do 100 counts.

7. Can be done away from the wall or alone after three months of training.

When the 100 count is completed slowly fold the legs and come to the floor and press the feet to the knees and raise the head and sit on the knees.

9. Then lie down on the couch and relax the body.

Warnings

1. If you are new to this yoga practice first with the wall support. It is also a good idea to learn this asana from a qualified teacher.

2. People with abdominal and back pain are asked not to do this yoga pose.
