Shavasana // benefits of Shavasana
Savasana (Savasana, Shavasana), is a yoga position that looks like a dead body. Through this asana one can understand exactly what physical relaxation and peace of mind are.
Notes
Make sure there is minimal stretch clothing on the body. This seat will require a quiet, clean environment. Spread the cloth or poo on the floor.
Recipe
1. Lie down on a stretcher. Make sure the head is at the top of the spread.
2. Spread the legs slightly apart.
3. Extend the arms full and on both sides so that the thighs are away.
4.The palms should be facing upwards.
5. Open the mouth slightly.
6. Now you need to go to restful sleep.
7. Breathe naturally through the nose.
8. The body and mind should be in a state of unconscious sleep.
9. In such a calm state you will not feel anything, you will not hear anything, there will be no perception and the mind will be in a naked state.
