Dhanurasana // benefits of Dhanurasana
Dhanur means bow. The name Dhanurasana is derived from the fact that the body bends like a bow. This is an alternative yogasana to passimothasana
Recipe
The rug should be folded. Then keep both hands close to the body. Bend both legs at the knees and lift them together and do a few exercises and then hold both legs with both hands as if you were bending the knees. The head and chest should be lifted upwards in the same way as the legs are brought straight to the head. Both feet should be the same color as above. There is no need for the knees to stick together. The abdomen should bend like a bow so that it rests on the floor. It is good for breathing to be normal.
