1.Have a Dream

Mark Zuckerberg's victory was not an overnight victory. His journey to success began with a dream he had. He had a dream of connecting the world. 2.Think Big

We would have done the project in college. We don’t have a big plan beyond that unless we do it to get a score and be compelled by college. Because we need scores, not successes. Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook as a project in college. But he did not see it as a project made only for college. He saw Facebook as a project that could connect the world beyond that.

Companies like Yahoo and AOL were ready to buy at a good price when they grew a little. But Mark Zuckerberg refused to sell Facebook. Because the idea, the plan, the dream that he could connect all the people of the world was big for him.

When everyone saw Facebook as a million dollar company, Mark Zuckerberg saw it as a multi-billion dollar company.

We need to think big about ourselves, our dream, our plan. We reach the level at which we count.

3. Start Small

Mark Zuckerberg had a big dream, a dramatic project. He saw Facebook as a global project and a multi-billion dollar company. He started Facebook small though. He started with maximum investment and maximum sweating in the room where he was staying. He did not lose heart for that. I do not think so. He prepared Facebook for a multi-crore investment. Launched from the bedroom, Facebook is making many people sleepless today.

We should not be ashamed or disrespected for starting our company and business small. If the dream, the work, the thought, the action is great, we too will reach the great place.

4. Believe in yourself

He had full faith in Mark Zuckerberg and in Facebook. It was hoped that Facebook could connect people around the world. Mark Zuckerberg never lost faith in him and Facebook.

We must have full confidence in ourselves. All talents are within us. We must firmly believe in ourselves. There are going to be many events that will cause us to lose hope. Many times there will be incidents that will cast doubt on our ability, hard work and effort. We must not lose faith in ourselves at any moment.

5.Follow your Passion

Mark Zuckerberg had a passion for computer programming from an early age. He developed many software programs at an early age. He clung to the will that was in the program. His intense love of computer programming inspired him to create Facebook.

One of the reasons many of us are unsuccessful is because of the desire to do things that are not intense love. We have to follow whatever love, desire and passion we have. We need to engage ourselves in things that we have a serious desire for.

6.Be Prepared For Criticism

Mark Zuckerberg faced the most criticism. He never submitted for them. He never backed down from his dream.

We are more likely to be overwhelmed by criticism from others than we are to fatigue by work. A profound truth is that we are prone to criticism because we have the weakness to expect praise from others.

Many times we have to face the opinions of others, ridicule, shame, teasing, attack, criticism etc. For that we must not deviate from our goal for any criticism. It should motivate our rise.

7.Be Diligent

Mark Zuckerberg became the world's youngest billionaire because of his hard work. He never gave up his perseverance.

You have to think of the salt of sweat before you can get the sweetness of success. No man can go high with two hands in his pocket. No success is easy. Dreaming alone does not bring success. We will do what we do with diligence and hard work.

8.Don’t be afraid to dare the giants

Mark Zuckerberg wanted to make Facebook a priority on the Internet. But already many very large companies were ruling the internet. For that Mark Zuckerberg was never afraid to look at any big companies. He was never afraid to compete with big companies.

Often we lose our courage by looking at those who are stronger than us, ambitious, and talented. The attribute of courage is the most important attribute for winners and entrepreneurs. Never be afraid to look at those who are more ambitious than us. We must never lose our courage to look at them.

9.Be focused

10.Learn To Take Risk

Mark Zuckerberg decided to drop out of college halfway to get himself fully involved on Facebook. Facebook would not have grown so much if he had not made that decision then.
