IPL date announced: First match Mumbai-Bangalore teams clash in Chennai!
Last year's IPL series did not take place in India due to security concerns due to corona damage. The IPL series starts in India in exactly one month as a treat for the hungry Indian fans who are waiting for the start of this year's IPL series. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the schedule. The first match takes place on April 9th. Defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore will clash in Chennai on that day.
The BCCI has announced that the IPL series, which starts on April 9, will run till May 30. The final is scheduled to be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium, the largest cricket stadium in the world. The crowd of fans cheering on the day is expected to rock the stage. A total of 56 group matches are taking place. All these will be held in Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi and Ahmedabad, with 8 matches each in Delhi and Ahmedabad and other matches each.
The play-offs and final will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Lunch matches are scheduled for 3.30pm and evening matches for 7.30pm. As for Chennai, they will face Delhi Capitals in their first match on April 10. Following this, multi-examination will be held with different teams on April 16, 19, 21, 25, 28, May 1, 5, 7, 9, 12, 16, 21, 23. There is a lot of expectation on the Chennai team this time.
